Nice work, especially on the nose and lips--yum yum!--and he's got great attitude, but I feel that the anatomy may be a bit generalized on the body. The more specific details of structure, skin coloration, etc you can bring in, the richer and more convincing he'll be.

proportions are nice but the overall loooks a little flatt. I think upping all the contrast and trying to add more complexity to the lighting, and maybe some texture too. You know, more eyecandy.
